• Course access may expire after a predetermined period as specified in course details
• Technical requirements for platform access are your responsibility

6. Service Limitations and Availability

Yafono strives to provide continuous service but does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the platform or course materials
• Error-free operation of all educational tools and features
• Specific learning outcomes or career advancement results
• Compatibility with all devices or internet configurations
• Immediate resolution of technical issues or platform maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.

7. Payment Terms and Refunds

Payment terms for educational services:

• All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no significant course progress has been made

11. Termination

Upon termination, your access to course materials and platform features will cease, though completed certificates remain valid. Certain provisions of these terms shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of Yafono's educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.
